What is a .ocl file?
A .ocl file is an OCL file. Its registered MIME type is text/x-ocl, which places it in the text family of formats.
OCL stands for Object Constraint Language.
Technically it is a specialised form of text/plain (the .asc format), so tools that understand that format can often read at least part of it.

How to open OCL files
